Purpose of the Site

This is a private reference site that points visitors toward records resources relevant to Chickasaw County, Mississippi. It holds no official jail, booking, court, or custody record and has no authority to confirm custody, release anyone, or file documents for a visitor.

Where an official record may be available, the site can identify a public source, a written-request route, or an independent search tool. For example, a written request to a public body is governed by the Mississippi Public Records Act, not by these site terms.

Acceptable Use

Chickasaw County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, background checks, or screening services, and neither do its advertising or search partners through this site. A visitor agrees not to use information from the site for any FCRA-covered purpose, including the following:

• A decision to hire, dismiss, promote, or otherwise evaluate a worker.
• A tenant, housing, or rental-screening decision.
• A decision about creditworthiness, lending, or insurance terms or premiums.
• A decision about licensing, permits, government programs, or benefits when consumer-report rules apply.
• Any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Independent Links and Tools

The site may link to sheriff or correctional resources, court information, public portals, legal resources, and outside search services. Those sites and tools operate independently. Chickasaw County Busted Mugshots does not endorse them or control their content, availability, data handling, pricing, or terms. Review the terms and privacy notices of an outside service before using it.

Site Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. In particular, there is no promise that the following will be available or complete:

• Accurate, complete, or current information.
• Uninterrupted access to the site or its links.
• Operation without errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities.
